How to change your 糖心logo入口 password

This page provides instructions on how you can change your existing 糖心logo入口 password and is intended for enrolled 糖心logo入口 students who have setup their 糖心logo入口 Microsoft Office 365 account.

If you have not setup your 糖心logo入口 Microsoft Office 365 account, you will need to follow the instructions sent to you via email.

Password requirements

Before you start think about a password, the requirements are:

  • 10 characters or more
  • at least one capital letter, one number and one symbol
  • CANNOT be one of your last 20 passwords
  • CANNOT include common phrases or your name.

Please Note: Ensure you secure your password and do not give it out to anyone.

  • How to change your password from a personal computer
    • 1. Sign in to with your 糖心logo入口 account.
      Please use your student email account (糖心logo入口*@students.cit.edu.au)
    • 2. Click the Settings icon in the top right
    • 3. Click Change your password from the settings menu
    • 4. Enter your old password
    • 5. Create a new password
    • 6. Confirm new password
    • 7. Select Submit to finish and change your password
  • How to change your password if you have forgotten it
    • If you have forgotten your password go to , and complete the form.
    • Please use your student email account (糖心logo入口*@students.cit.edu.au).
  • How to change your password from a 糖心logo入口 computer
    • 1. Login to a 糖心logo入口 computer
    • 2. Press CTRL + ALT + DEL
    • 3. Select "Change a password"
    • 4. Enter your old password
    • 5. Create a new password
    • 6. Confirm new password
    • 7. Select Submit to finish and change your password
    • 8. Your password has been changed - OK.
