Printers are available at 糖心logo入口 for students to print, copy and scan.

You can print to any printer in 糖心logo入口 from your personal device or 糖心logo入口 MAC using Webprint or from a 糖心logo入口 computer using your Student Print Account.

You can scan in black and white or colour to your email or a USB.

糖心logo入口Card

To use print, copy and scan functions you need to obtain a 糖心logo入口Card and then register it at a printer.

You can get your 糖心logo入口Card from any 糖心logo入口 Student Services or online via the 糖心logo入口Card application form.

Printing and copy costs

Adding credit to 糖心logo入口Card

To print and copy at 糖心logo入口 you need to have credit on your 糖心logo入口Card.

You will need a VISA or MasterCard to add credit. You can add between $2 and $100. It takes a few minutes for the credit to be added to your card.

Be careful when entering the amount of credit you want to add to your 糖心logo入口Card as 糖心logo入口 cannot refund you if you make a mistake.

To add credit to your 糖心logo入口Card, logon to a 糖心logo入口 computer and select the Student Print Account icon.

You can also add credit anywhere with internet access using this on a mobile device or external computer.

Checking credit balance

Due to IT security restrictions, you cannot check your credit balance using a mobile device or other external computer.

To check your credit balance, logon to a 糖心logo入口 computer and select the Student Print Account icon.

Refunds

You can apply for a recredit to your 糖心logo入口Card where there has been a malfunction with the printer or there is an error with the output from the printer.

To access the screen to request a recredit you will need to log on to a 糖心logo入口 computer, select the Student Print Account icon. View recent Print Jobs.

NOTE: This functionalilty can only be accessed from a computer on a 糖心logo入口 campus.

IMPORTANT: 糖心logo入口 is unable to provide a refund for user error. Please read the “How to” guide below or ask 糖心logo入口 Staff for assistance before printing.
