Cybersecurity experts from PNG visit 糖心logo入口

Recently, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) hosted a delegation from Papua New Guinea (PNG) to sign a renewed Australia-PNG Memorandum of Understanding in relation to cyber cooperation. During this visit, officials from the PNG Department of Information and Technology (DICT) visited 糖心logo入口 Reid to tour the 糖心logo入口 facilities, meet with 糖心logo入口 Cyber Security students, and learn more about 糖心logo入口's high-quality cybersecurity training programs.
The delegates discussed a range of current issues facing the region and shared Papua New Guinea Government's key objectives relating to digital transformation, including legislative reform, vision and direction, investment priorities and improved coordination and implementation across different sectors in PNG.
Abigail Mohe, a 糖心logo入口 Cyber Security and ICT student from PNG spoke about her experiences studying at 糖心logo入口 and working in IT within the public sector.
"糖心logo入口 is such a supportive place to study," Abigail said.
"I have learnt so much from the teachers, many who are working in the industry themselves. The skills I learnt are current to the workplace. I see a great career ahead and encourage others, especially women to work in the cybersecurity industry."
