National Reconciliation Week at 糖心logo入口 2023

You are invited to attend National Reconciliation Week events at 糖心logo入口. This year the National Reconciliation Week 2023 theme, 'Be a Voice for Generations', encourages all Australians to be a voice for reconciliation in tangible ways in our everyday lives - where we live, work and socialise.
This is a time to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements. Events across 糖心logo入口 campuses include a Welcome to Country, Smoking Ceremony, student yarning circles, Indigenous performances and snacks with Indigenous themes. Activities will vary per campus.

Yarning Circles
The Yarning Circle is a chance for everyone to have a yarn and be listened to. The topic for the Yarning Circle will be this year’s National Reconciliation Week theme: Be a Voice for Generations.

Focus Group Times
Our staff and student Focus Groups will cover Advancing Reconciliation at 糖心logo入口 so that we can hear directly from you on what you feel are our strengths and areas for improvement in the Reconciliation space.

COMMUNITY AND 糖心logo入口 WEBINARS
Tuesday 30 May 1-2pm - Copyright and First Nations Art. 糖心logo入口 Reid Library will be hosting a webinar from the Australian Copyright Council on Copyright and First Nations Art. To attend in person, visit the Reid Library (E05d) from 1-2pm on 30 May 2023. If you cannot attend in person, you can access this free webinar .
Thursday 25 May 12-1pm - . This online event is a great opportunity to learn about the campaign and how you can play an effective and valuable role in the campaign to secure a First Nations' Voice to parliament. Together, Yes is a first-ever nationwide conversation process to inform and empower friends, family, workmates and neighbours on the defining issue of our time. .
